Easter Weekend Volunteers
Hello Family. We need your help to make our Easter Weekend Celebration a success. For Saturday we will need Volunteers to setup from 10: AM to 12:PM. The Saturday volunteers will meet at the Retreat Center at 10:AM to setup the tables and chairs, decorations, setup for the food, and pull out and set-up games.
Next, we will need Setup Volunteers for Sunday at the Retreat Center. These Volunteers will need to attend the 1st Service at 9:00 AM then immediately head to the Retreat Center to help setup the food and hide eggs, as well as any last minute details.
During the event we will need servers, runners and egg hunt supervisors.
After the event we will need Break-Down and Clean-Up Crews. Thank You In Advance!
